Delivery Information - Flower Delivery Liverpool

Booker Flowers and Gifts Ltd will deliver your flowers on the day specified in your order between the hours of 9am-5.30pm.

Standard delivery is £7.50 for this we will deliver your flowers between the hours of 9am-5.30pm Monday - Saturday and 10am-4pm on Sunday.

When ordered you will receive a confirmation text and or email. The email is a digital receipt and has all the details of your order, please check and if you want to make any amendments let us know.

You will also receive a text and or email when your flowers have left our shop on delivery. This will give you an idea of when your flowers might arrive - however bear in mind we sometimes have quite large delivery runs and can take several hours to complete. Proximity to the shop does not necessarily mean your order will be delivered first as our routing software works out the most efficient route in a circular route from our shop.

Once your bouquet has been delivered to the recipient you will receive a text and or email, if you have provided and email you will also receive a photograph of your delivery. Please note we take a photo of the order on the doorstep before delivery to avoid awkward photos at the door. We don't leave flowers on the doorstep unless we have been asked to and it is protected and secure.

Same Day Flowers Delivery Liverpool - Morning Flower Delivery Liverpool

Morning Delivery £12 flower delivery between 8-12

Same Day Delivery £10 as long as you order before 2pm Mon - Sat and before 1pm on Sunday. If you want same day after this we recommend you call the shop on 01517244850 and we will see what we can do. If you do place a same-day delivery after 2 - if we can get it out we will - if not we will deliver it the next working day.

Delivery is not available on public holidays (unless shop is open), flower orders placed for delivery on these days will be delivered on the next working day if placed on the day. If placed before we will contact you to let us know and ask if you want the day before of the day after.

To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

Please be aware that we will deliver the goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address and the receiver refuses or fails to return the items(s).

Please note that where we are unable to find someone to accept delivery at the address, a neighbour to take it, or unable to leave the delivery in a secure location, they will leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact and re-arrange delivery. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.

If your order is for an area outside of the above we can organise delivery for you through our network of florists the main one we currently use is Direct2Florist. We will ask them to make as close as possible to the image but because of the difference in stock and sundry items, it may not be exact.

If you need to change or cancel your order, get in touch by calling 01517244850 or emailing gemma@bookerflowersandgifts.co.uk. Please give at least 48 hours' notice before your requested delivery date.

Please note we're unable to cancel orders for perishable goods once dispatched, or bespoke items such as funeral tributes where making has already begun.

If your card has been used fraudulently by someone else, you're entitled to cancel the payment and be re-credited for any amount not already reimbursed by your card issuer.

Because our products are perishable, we ask that you raise any concerns within 1 working day of your delivery date so we can sort things out as quickly as possible.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect five hours after publication — please check back each time you use our site or service.

We also reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our site or service at any time.

These Terms include all notices, policies and disclaimers on our site. If there's ever a conflict, these Terms take precedence. Should any individual term be found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.

We comply with all current data protection law, including the Data Protection Act 1998, and use your personal data only to fulfil your order and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third parties have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce these Terms, though other rights and remedies remain unaffected.

This agreement represents the entire understanding between us and supersedes any prior arrangements or communications, written or oral.

Your purchase is deemed to have taken place in the UK. These Terms are governed by English Law and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
